President Trump declared on social media Thursday “After 52 years it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel’s Sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which is of critical strategic and security importance to the State of Israel and Regional Stability!” Met with mixed results from the mainstream media, Christians and conservative leaders heard the statement and rejoiced. IFA President Dave Kubal has issued a statement in response to the strong stand with Israel, that the White House has made in regard to the Syrian claim over the Golan Heights.
“The United States has led the globe in protecting freedom both domestically and abroad. We must continue this bold leadership by supporting Israel’s right to the Golan Heights. The Syrian government has consistently demonstrated its brutal attacks– even on their own people. Syrian possession of the Golan Heights would not only increase their military’s opportunity for further destruction but also give access to valuable natural resources that Israel depends upon. I agree with the strong stand that President Trump has taken– Israel must remain in control and exercise its sovereignty over this region for freedom’s sake. IFA continues our longstanding commitment to stand with and to pray for Israel.” declared Kubal.
According to the Jerusalem Post, “Trump’s statement on Thursday marked a dramatic shift in US policy over the status of a disputed area that Israel captured from Syria in the 1967 Middle East conflict and annexed in 1981 – a move not recognized internationally.”
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted his thanks for Trump’s support: At a time when Iran seeks to use Syria as a platform to destroy Israel, President Trump boldly recognizes Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights. Thank you President Trump! @realDonaldTrump

Father God, I humbly thank you for your servant President Donald Trump whom you have called as a Cyrus for this time and season. As you grasped the right hand of Cyrus, Father God hold the right hand of your son President Trump. Open the double doors before him. Level every mountain of opposition and loose the belt of every leader that stand to oppose. Because really it is not him that they are opposing but your WILL. Father you have raised him for Israel and for the Church, please wake up your church that we will not miss our hour of visitation Luke 19:41-44. Thank you father God in Jesus name. Amen
