Only days after journalists and lawyers made the point the Jan. 6 Capitol breach should not be called an insurrection or an act of “sedition” since there were no such charges, DOJ changed the narrative by suddenly adding the rarely charged crime of seditious conspiracy to 11 defendants. . .
Seditious conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. §2384 requires “two or more persons to conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States.”
To satisfy these elements, DOJ filed an indictment that says defendants bought firearms on their way to Washington, planned to set up “quick reaction force” teams at the U.S. Capitol and entered the Capitol wearing camouflage.
But those plans didn’t materialize. Paragraph 68 says the purchased firearms were “dropped off” at a Hilton located in Virginia.
This is problematic since conspiracies require more than just planning. They require an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. Also, “abandonment” or “withdrawal” from a completed conspiracy are valid affirmative defenses. The so-called “weapons” actually taken to the Capitol included tactical gloves, vests, goggles, walkie-talkie radios, chemical spray and fatigues.
Paragraph 111 says some defendants drove and parked “golf carts near the Capitol.”
Paragraph 119 says defendants then entered the Capitol with camouflage and shouted while, at times, grabbing and pushing police officers. Later that night, they exchanged messages such as, “You ain’t seen nothing yet!” and “We have only begun to fight.”
But as we all know, that wasn’t the beginning. It was the end of what DOJ is now calling a seditious conspiracy — Americans armed with camouflage clothing, golf carts and walkie-talkies aimed to “overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States.” . . .
The timing of the charges is transparent, and in making its point, what was once an honorable agency is continuing to lose public trust by creating the appearance it cares more about revenge than the pursuit of justice.

Abba Father, in the name of Jesus, send an earthquake and shake the prison jails and set free the innocents of January 6. You did it for the disciples in Acts, You can do it today! Sent the innocent free today in Jesus’ name. Father, you said in Your word ask and it will be done. Amen
I am encouraged to see these responses from others that feel the same passion and can see the deception that has been propagated by the media and the government. We are living out Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness…. We must remember from Ephesians 6 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore we put on the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes, we may be able to stand our ground. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. And according to 2 Cor. 10:4, the weapons of our warfare are not physical weapons. Our weapons are divinely powerful for the destruction of strongholds. We are destroying sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the true knowledge of God and we are taking every thought and purpose captive to the obedience of Christ.
Father, help us keep our eyes on You. You alone see into the mind of each person on this earth. You know the thoughts and intents of the heart. Show us how to live and walk this out- how to pray, how to reach out to those around us that don’t think the same, help us as we intercede for the government. Continue to expose the lies and bring Your truth and justice to bear on those who are truly responsible for the place we find ourselves as a nation. Help us to trust in You. Help us to live for You. Help us to love like You. There is no one like You. No one above You. You rule and reign now and forever. Praise You, LORD. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, please bring Truth back into our government. They so need You, Lord.
Father, I know there were people who rioted but many in prison now for that weren’t even at the riot. And video footage has come out that shows it was not an insurrection or even a conspiracy. I pray for truth to come out and true justice done. May those who rioted be punished as such but for those who have been held for over a year with no charges in horrible circumstances be freed because the DOJ has ignored their constitutional rights.
Father, my reply os to You. We read and hear so many injustices from the Jan. 6, we did not see any storm the Whitehouse, we didn’t see guns or clubs, yet that is what is being spread about. Did people go in yes. Did they malign anyone no! Father, please bring the truth of what took place, bring a righteous conviction so those who are in prison will be release. For those who chose to do wrong on that day, bring them to justice. In Jesus Name.
I support the DIJ 100%, and completely disagree with IFA’s partisan take on this action. Apparently, people at IFA haven’t seen any of the footage of Jan 6.
Lord God I pray for this Ray claiming to be called of you to do your work as a Pastor! Which is a obvious leadership office! Which you mean that all in that office are to show what it means to be conforming to the image of Jesus! the most obvious part of that is to know that our human anger Does NOT do your work of showing your righteousness to all! So I pray your Holy Spirit be at work in him to turn him from this sin! And not be so sure he is the only that knows the true MEANING of what all of us see is happening!
Pastor, God is The God of justice. His word says, “be sure your sin will find you out.” God HATES lying lips, as you surely know. God will judge and He will judge justly. Failing to give a speedy trial is not just. I hope you will at least admit that much.
Yahweh, what’s apparent to Americans is that the alleged pastor is not familiar enough with our constitutional rights to make his comment. Did he forget part about SPEEDY and FAIR trials? Father since when do we TORTURE inmates being held for their speedy and fair trial? Not even their right to a PHONE CALL has been honored. Father, we’ve also been told these ‘inmates’ aren’t allowed to bathe or have haircuts! Mr Trembath says he’s a (cough-cough) pastor, he, above all people, should espouse the dictates of Jesus Christ which would be to keep his methodology above those of revenge and hurtful actions. Yeshua, even when J6 people behaved wrongly, others actions should have been above reproach and not a bully’s response.
Show Ray LORD, he must hit his knees in prayer and ask YOUR forgiveness. In Jesus Name I ask it, claim it and thank You for it.
Pastor this is not a partisan take. There is so much more footage than what was shown on mainstream news stations. Many of those that did the “breaking” part or were the instructors to go into the capitol have been identified and yet have not been charged. The partisan part is how DC is treating the law abiding citizens held in horrid conditions, often in solitary confinement, for so many months that have not even been found guilty or even tried.
Of course there are people that did wrong should be punished. Justice is supposed to belong to all of us, not just those that are part of the party in power.
Please look at the footage that is available on many sights. Also-some of us know people who were there. They saw. Some of us listened to all the speeches and heard the intent. May truth prevail.
Lion in sheep’s clothing. This “pastor” is an infiltrator. I will add your name to my list of those who have been blinded by the enemy of our souls and pray for you to have your eyes opened to see the truth. Your ears unplugged to hear the truth. Your mind opened to understand the truth and your heart softened to accept the truth. And if you continue to turn your back on the truth, that God will silence you and have His way in you-both mentally, financially, physically, emotionally, and that as he did to Nebuchadnezzar, He will do to you.
Rely on God’s word for truth and instruction. Romans 8:28 tells us that in all things, God works for the good of those who love the Lord and are called for His purpose. We must encourage our leaders to clean up our election process and insure voter integrity.
We must encourage one another, as God is in control, not satan, as evidenced in the book of Job. We must turn from worshiping idols and sacrificing babies, as the prophets instructed God’s chosen people, just before they were exiled by foreign countries. There are consequences for disobeying God, which our country is experiencing now. Everyone of us, including me, must repent and submit to God. Praise the Lord for he is merciful.
The only people in that crowd that were seditious were the instigators and “planted” antagonists which the government put there. How can people hate one man (Donald J Trump) so much they will use their professions to try to bring him down. “God be with those still in prison/jails and in solitary confinement for the “sin” of being in Washington D.C., to legally protest but were caught up in the crowd. Our Constitution is being mocked; there is no justice when they can’t even have a speedy trial. Protect them. Protect our country from Satan who is taking over the hearts and heads of those in power. We know where there is EVIL, there will be judgment, and we ask that soon the corruption will be judged and people freed.”

So they were going to “overthrow the government” and drive off in golf carts? To me the demonstration was saying we have the right to protest and was never intended to breach the Capitol building-but it looks like the doors were opened, there was not enough security and the building was easily accessible. There is more to this story, but after a year, as usual, there’s more talk than truth.
Lord, the DOJ has become drunk with power as was Haman in the book of Esther. Let the gallows of Haman turn upon their own heads, in Jesus name!
This is so evil and worse than any description I can come up with for evil! The acts of evil that are being done in front of our eyes with such blatant disregard for truth is truly demonic and insane. We are witnessing in real time what the scripture tells us about the insanity that people will see in the end times.
Oh, church! What have we done? Why have we been asleep and apathetic for so long?
Help us, Father, to have eyes to see, ears to hear, and mouths to speak your Truth, and courage to stand against the Evil we are witnessing.
God requires a humble and contrite heart as a pleasing sacrifice. Forgive us, Father. Please act in supernatural ways to display your Glory and Power in this nation.
Bring down every evil stronghold into shards and slivers so that it can never be restored!

It was a set up from the get go. On Jan 6 I watched as a French reporter interviewed a capital oliceman on the Mall. The policeman told the reporter he was going home. He said he didn’t understand but many officers had been told to go home . He said “ it’s just 10:30 and Trump doesn’t speak til 1:00..I don’t understand it”. I’ve written many news organizations to find that reporter and footage to no avail .
Trump offered the natl guard. Pelosi refused because she had her own little scheme.
Mr. Garland re-enacts what Goering’s Prussian Police (he was Interior Minister of Prussia) did after the Fire in the German Parliament.
This fire (a case of arson never cleared but suspected to have bee n laid by Goering’s police agents – like FBI agents inciting violence on 6 Jan) was used as pretext for new excessive laws and the first setting up of ‘Concentration Camps’ (similar to the prison conditions of 6 Jan Political Prisoners). It is these similarities which raise suspicion of the entire events being based on similar political propaganda plans.
There was no way possible to consider 11 people couid take over, or even try to take over the US GOVERNMENT. That is ludicrous, and laughable in the extreme. They were not armed, nor did they even have any items of threat to anyone, and the Capitol Guards even opened the door of the Capitol and let them in!!! No intent od sedition, or government “takeover” ever existed, period. Pelosi has held her Political Prisoners without reslly naming their crime, allowing Senators access to them, or even provide them a “speedy trial” as by law they are entitled. Pelosi’s unbridled hatred for Trump fueled the torture and solitary confinement of her Political Prisoners. Despicable, Russian Gulag treatment of American protesters.
