US Army Chaplain says a revival is taking place on the base of Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.
Since March nearly 2,000 soldiers have reportedly come to the Lord.
Chaplain (Capt.) Jose Rondon ministers at the base each week and has been posting testimonies and baptisms of new converts on his Facebook page.
“Today, 380 soldiers came to salvation in Christ once and for all,” Rondon says in one post. “Thanks CH Tony Cech for the excellent, clear, and powerful messages during the 3 services. Since March 11, 2018, we have seen 1,839 soldiers coming to Christ. God’s doing an unbelievable work through our military at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. May God bring the same powerful conviction of sin and love for Him that we are experiencing at Main Post Chapel all throughout our Nation and His world.”
In an interview with The Baptist Press, Rondon said that being intentional in sharing the gospel has been key to the conversions….
“To be intentional is to be faithful to Christ and obedient to His Great Commission,” Rondon said. “But we will not succeed in making disciples until the lost make the first step to follow Christ as their Savior. To be intentional not only means to preach Christ’s Word in the chapel, but to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit to share His message of reconciliation if, and when, the time fits.”
In a video showing hundreds of soldiers singing “Amazing Grace,” he commented, “I’m excited about the future of our military for millions of our Warriors who will sing GOD’s Amazing Grace. Glory to Christ, the only God, Savior, and Lord in this life and the one to come.”…
… Rondon credits the record number of salvations to the prayers of those who have been praying and encourages them to not stop.
“I want you to know that God is doing great things,” he said. “I’m asking you to please pray and help us to see not only today and since March 11th with almost 2,000 people coming to salvation in Christ Jesus, that the Lord is good and he desires not only to reconcile us, to reunite us to himself, through his death, burial and resurrection but also that he desires for the whole world and mainly our country, United States to know that if he’s doing great things in the military, he’s going to keep doing great things, in and throughout us for his glory in our society so in need of Christ Jesus our King.” (Excerpts from Charlene Aaron article on CBN News)

Consider the allegory God has chosen to use. His spirit being poured out on the military of the United states of America. Creating warriors not only for our great country but for heaven as well. Desiring to preserve life and willing to give their own, when faced by the enemy they are forced to take it. Lord I pray, release to your army weapons from heaven and on earth to defeat the enemy wherever he may be and give our soldiers the fortitude needed to carry out their God ordained mission. In Jesus name I pray,Amen.
Praise the Lord, He is raising up a righteous army. Lord, please visit each military installation and move on the men and women there. Father I pray for protection and wisdom for these warriors, Psalm 91. And Father, I ask that you would remove unGodly leaders and install Godly Officers, Chaplains and all who are in positions of authority over our forces. Move in the Joint Chiefs of Staff, also Lord, expose unrighteousness and demonic activity, cause those exposed to be removed and/or punished as you deem necessary, I bind a spirit of rebellion in the loose a spirit of obedience, faithfulness and unity. Amen.
Our Great God and King, I give you thanks for the wonderful move of the Spirit at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. We have all been praying for a great awakening within the The Church of America. Thank you Father for moving among us in such wonderful ways. I pray that there will be many more such testimonies from the all over this nation. This is something the press, the politicians and the Devil cannot stop. Oh, Heavenly Father, please send the RAIN of your Spirit throughout our land from the North to the South and from the West to the East; dispelling darkness and exposing your wonder light; breaking the fallow ground; opening the eyes of the spiritually blind and please show Yourself strong in the darkest of the corners in this great land Your have given us. This I pray in the Powerful Name of our Christ, Amen!
WOW!!! PTL What wonderful news! Thank You Lord that we have an opportunity to learn about the wonderful things You are doing because we don’t learn about things like this in the mainstream media. Wonderful to hear that our military men and women are being reached. They have chosen to protect our country and lay down their lives if necessary. Thank You Lord for the mighty move and salvations taking place. I ask for angelic protection for this base and all other military bases. May You do a mighty work on each of the US bases. Thank You, Lord. Father, give our military leaders strategies and wisdom as they make plans to protect our nation. Lord, we know that You can guide these men and women just like You did Gideon’s army. To YOU be all the glory. Amen.
PTL, this is wonderful news. Evidence that God’s spirit is working, is alive and active, the Gospel is still a powerful message. This working, strengthening and blessing is such a great wonder and need for our military men and women. Oh Lord, put your protection and watchcare over them and guide their hearts and actions. Bless those in charge of this base and the Chaplain Corp working there; may their actions and message spread through out the Military and strengthen, esp. in light of some of the “governmental” attitudes and rules. Put a hedge around your people and do not let the wiles of satan interfere or stall this movement of love and grace.
Praise the Lord for His redemptive solution, revival.
