Mayfaire (Wilmington, NC)

Mayfaire Business & Residential Market Area to include the local churches surrounding or located within this specific locality of Wilmington. The local churches are the key to reaching this community, and the first step is always desperation (being poor in spirit, Mt 5:3), followed by the desperate need for each other (Jn 17). Let's begin here, and see where God may lead us.
April 15th, 2018 Jim Borowiec In light of current events, would you want Our Father along with the incredibleness of Our Savior to come and live with you, to make their home in your home? Would you desire to move into a friendship relationship with Christ? To discover how, and begin the journey, see the attachment: "Has Keeps Obeys Worksheet" for more information.

April 4th, 2018 Jim Borowiec From my limited perspective, here is the way to make America Great Again! The running path proceeds through a very well known selection of Scripture. This section of Scripture has already been taught to selected member's of President Trump's cabinet, so if interested, check out Making America Great Again, #1.

(The Legacy of Sovereign Joy, p. 103).

To learn more of the incredible benefits of suffering, see The Winds of Adversity (Mar2018),

March 28th, 2018 Jim Borowiec Managing a rhema requires intentional processes based upon the book of James. To enjoy the story of Samuel and Professor Aggasi introducing the process of focused thinking, see the attachment LookLookLook!

March 25th, 2018 Jim Borowiec Effective prayer is built around effective listening and then effective following (See Jn 10:27; Heb 3:7-8; Jn 14:12-15). As you effectively listen and engage, you will effectively work (see 1 Cor 16:9) and understand the five imperatives found in 1 Cor 16:13-14.

Here a the Carolina Coast, echoing Paul, a "great door for effective work has been opened," (1 Cor 16:9), and the journey begins by hearing God.

See the attachment Introducing the Rhema, and for a working outline, see ParetoTHERhema.

March 13th, 2018 Jim Borowiec If the man of God is unable to hear from God personally, he is unable to pray much, or pray effectively. To understand why, see the material entitled "Exit Strategy", p. 10.

March 3rd, 2018 Jim Borowiec There are vast differences between 1) saying a prayer, 2) praying, and 3) crying out to God. Prayer is the process of participating in the exchanged life (see the handout entitled Much Prayer, the Place of Exchange.

February 26th, 2018 Jim Borowiec Once a believer sets his heart to seek the LORD (obedience to Christ, 2 Cot 10:5d), he or she will discover something rise from within to oppose him or her (see BringingSARXtotheSurface). Prior to this period, SARX remains in stealth mode, still dominating a believer's life, with no need to show itself.

February 26th, 2018 Jim Borowiec To continue our emphasis at this time in the coast, to pray well you have to listen well. To listen well assumes that a word has been spoken. To learn more about obedience to Christ (2 Cor 10:5) and the process to get there, see the sample material entitled Obedience to Christ.

February 22nd, 2018 Jim Borowiec To pray effectively we must listen effectively. To understand why, see the material entitled effective listening, #1.
