Some of you who were on our July First Friday Call with El Cajon, CA Mayor Bill Wells may remember the CA Proposition 47 issue he mentioned, where theft of less than $950 is not punishable with any jail time, creating a society of lawlessness and enabling an avalanche of illicit activity. The video below is the result of such laws. There are videos like this all over the internet–it is not uncommon for businesses in California since Prop 47 has happened. Organized rings of retail thieves are ruling the businesses in California areas where highway getaways make theft easier. They know that they will get a fine but no prison time. Fines don’t get paid. There is no real enforcement of the crime, in effect. Police are frustrated because they are impotent to bring law and order to these California communities.
California is not alone. The National Retail Federation’s annual survey found in more than half the states with laws like Prop 47, when the felony threshold increases, so do losses to organized retail crime.

Lord, please confuse the strategy of the demonic realm fueling lawlessness in America. Make one lie prove another wrong until they kill each other and fall to the ground in Jesus name, Amen.
There’s a man named Mike Shreve who has a ministry in the Capitol in Sacramento I believe. He goes office to office asking if he can pray for people. Some say yes. Democrats and Republicans. Please pray for his ministry. California is lost. I know, I live in this hell hole. It is ruled by one family really… Governor gruesome Newsome, Ex Governor Brown and Nancy Pelosi are related in some way. They have a strangle hold on CA. There are Christians here believe it or not. Please pray that God will supernaturally intervene in some way because like I said this is a strangle hold of demonic activity in that government. They are EVIL.

Patricia, let’s speak life over our CA governor. The Lord showed me that He calls Gov. Newsom “New Son” and that He intends for him to come to a relationship with Him. Our words are powerful and can bring much life! Jesus has BIG PLANS for California! Go, God!!!

How do such leaders think businesses can stay in business when they OK stealing like that. How stupid and ignorant can they be? But the Bible warns that in the end times people will call what is right wrong, and what is wrong right. This truly is the end times!
No, this is not right. Maybe the businesses should employ an armed guard at the door- it may cost less, than just giving free stuff to thieves! Also, they could try the same thing in other states that have no law like this- this encourages dishonesty and encourages stealing big time. Lawmakers that are sympathetic about people stealing makes me wonder exactly what kind of leaders they are.
With that law, would the stores even be allowed to protect themselves with armed guards? They might be told that the thieves have to be allowed to take that much without any resistance from the store.

I pray for the repentance of those in government who have failed those they have charge over. Who have given preference to evil over good; whose laws have caused wicked hearts to become more bold and hard and have discouraged the masses.
I pray for those who are committing such crimes remembering that as they are so once was I so that I don’t become judgmental and hardened myself.
Lord, may a spirit of conviction and repentance come over this land.

I agree with this pray Lord. Yes and amen bring conviction, bring wisdom and revelation to those in authority and Your Church in praying be lead by the Holy Spirit in these last days. Your Word says it will get more and more wicked. Let us Your Church be obedient and look to You, trust in You. Let us be one as You and Jesus are one. Your Kingdom come and Your will be done as it is in Heaven. In Jesus’ Name I pray, amen.
