Israel’s denial of entry to Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), who both support the BDS campaign, is unsurprising given their shared desire to “tear down” the Jewish state as “BDS activists,” said Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) in a Friday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.
“I’m certainly not in the least bit surprised by it,” said Zeldin. “If you want to tear down another country, you shouldn’t be surprised that you’re not welcomed with open arms in that country, [and] that you may not be welcomed at all in that country.”
Zeldin added, “Israel has a policy that does not allow BDS activists into their country. It’s not just a movement filled will anti-Israel hate. It’s filled up with antisemitic hate, from the founder of BDS to college students on campuses all across our country, who, in the name of BDS, are being targeted with blatant antisemitism.”
“Israel has a policy that they chose to enforce,” Zeldin stated.

Omar’s and Tlaib’s itinerary for their proposed trip to Israel listed their destination as “Palestine,” Zeldin noted. “Tlaib and Omar have approached this entire issue dangerously wrong,” he said.
Zeldin remarked, “They need to develop a genuine interest in listening to and learning from everyone, and [not] just promoting one side and revisionist history.”
“Tlaib supports a one-state solution that removes Jews from power in Israel,” Zeldin noted. “It was just a couple of weeks ago that Rashida Tlaib was on the floor of the House of Representatives and was giving a speech equating boycotting Israel to boycotting Nazi Germany.”
Zeldin went on, “It was only three weeks ago in a House Foreign Affairs Committee, Ilhan Omar, in opposition to a resolution [opposing] BDS, she spent her entire five minutes … blaming Israel for everything.”
“[Ilhan Omar] even went so far as packaging the only reference to Hamas, that one point she made in referencing Hamas violence, both just before, during, and after that sentence, she’s packaging it in blaming Israel,” added Zeldin. “You’re blaming Israel even for Hamas terrorists? Give me a break.”
Zeldin continued, “They’re not going to point out Hamas denying humanitarian aid to their own people using women and children as human shields, calling jihad as an obligation? Where’s their outrage when a senior Hamas official just a month ago calls for the murder of every Jew or the PA’s pay-to-slay policy or Hezbollah putting together 150,000 rockets to be launched into Israel?”
“Bad intentions all around,” concluded Zeldin of Omar’s and Tlabin’s approach towards Israel.
[Tlaib later wrote a letter to appeal to Israel for permission to visit her aging grandmother in Israel. Her request was quickly approved by the Israeli government. In response, Tlaib then changed her mind, citing not violating her standards visiting Israeli territory which she considers “occupied.”]

Even as I was reading through the prayers of others, Lord, I realized how much each one of us need to be watchful of others. Watchful that we are at all times walking in love for one another. No matter how the other person may be living their life! No matter what kind of hate or foul language may be spewing from their mouths, I pray that from my own life & the lives of every believer that we would all walk in your love. That it would be the love of God in us that would win over the world & begin to draw others to you. In the name of Jesus!

Father in Heaven, I agree with the plans you have for Israel and the hope of a future with the allies of Judeo faith. Father, we pray for the conviction of the Holy Spirit to saturate the government and any choices they may have. We ask that as you bring recovery to the children of God that they are empowered by the Holy Spirit to agree with the Word as the emanate will for a future. Divinely open the eyes of your children where they have given into compromise and/or lies of the enemy. Blind the enemy of their souls and awaken your children to words and works of godly character, virtue, hope, strength, courage, purity, forgiveness, and all the prosperous tools of the Kingdom of God.

No one should be surprised by Congress woman Tlaib’s refusal to go to Israel after receiving permission to enter. After all they use their women and children as methods of delivering death and destruction to Israel. Not visiting her grandmother pails in comparison. As a bible believing Zionist the LORD reminded me that the Islamic world is in desperate need of him. While we faithfully lift up Israel, let’s not forget to lift up Muslims for salvation.

Praying for Israel, for God to turn their hearts to Him. May the word of God be our encouragement to know God is for His people Israel forever! Thank God for wisdom given to PM Netanyahu to prevent their entry.

As we “pray for the peace of Jerusalem,” I pray also that voices rising against Israel will be drowned out by supporters of our good friends and allies in Israel. May evidence of how BDS actually hurts Palestinians economically be brought to light. And, regardless of political party, may our elected officials uphold the Judaeo/Christian values imbedded in our constitution.
Dear Lord Jesus we come to you on behalf of Tlaib and Omar, Lord please give us love for these two women Lord, help our hearts to seek you on their behalf for salvation by you Jesus. Only you Jesus can remove the hatred from their hearts and remove the blindness of their sins and wrong doing from their eyes. Lord we know that they have a following, we pray that you will remove and break those chains of the evil doers and confound Israel’s enemies and your enemies. (Psalm 140: 9) Grant not, Adonai, the desires of the wicked. Do not let their evil plan succeed, or they will exalt themselves. In reading the verses just referred to and further into Psalm 140 11,12, King David prayed to God that His enemies would be utterly demolished complete with burning coals and calamity. I pray Israel’s as well as our enemies here in our nation -foreign and domestic- would receive the same. Although, on the same note-I pray for their salvation in Jesus, that they would repent and turn from their wicked deeds and schemes of destruction and chaos before they lose their souls for eternity. Omar and Tleib are a disgrace and do not represent the US period. They shouldn’t even be in Congress! With their background coming out Omar being married to her brother….come on…and she is still in Congress! Omar hates America!
