Justice may be blind, but the American Bar Association is not. That’s the biggest takeaway from Wednesday’s Senate hearing, when Ninth Circuit Court nominee Lawrence VanDyke became the ABA’s latest contestant on “conservatives don’t have talent.” Like most of this president’s picks, VanDyke probably braced himself for the Kavanaugh Treatment. But he never imagined the country’s largest attorney organization would stoop to label him “not qualified.”

How can a judicial nominee who graduated magna cum laude, “edited the Harvard Law Review, clerked for a top circuit judge, litigated extensively at the district and appellate levels, and served as solicitor general of two states be deemed “unqualified?” the editors of the Wall Street Journal ask. “Only if the group making the judgment is the liberal lawyers’ guild known as the American Bar Association, and the nominee in question is a Republican—and worse, an evangelical Christian…”
Ignoring his years of experience and credentials that are “right out of central casting” for an appellate judge, Article III’s Mike Davis insisted, the ABA’s rating dropped like a bomb. Blasting VanDyke as “arrogant, lazy” and “an ideologue” who “does not have an open mind,” the report was such an over-the-top thrashing that experts like Carrie Severino said it was time for the Senate to end the group’s role. In fact, the report was so wildly vitriolic (unsurprising, since it was authored by a donor to one of VanDyke’s political opponents in Montana) that even Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse (R.I.) thought the ABA should be brought in to explain.
At one point, the ABA even attacked VanDyke’s religious beliefs, implying that he wouldn’t be fair to members of the LGBTQ community—a charge so vicious and unfounded that Lawrence broke down in tears when Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) asked him about it. “I did not say that,” he insisted, his voice breaking. “I do not believe that. It is a fundamental belief of mine that all people are created in the image of God and they should all be treated with dignity and respect.”
For now, the group’s standing committee stands by its trashing of Trump’s pick as “impartial.” But Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah)—like Hawley—continues to be astonished that his chamber still takes the ABA seriously. As far as he and many others are concerned, the group has lost all credibility as a “neutral arbiter” and “should be treated no differently than any other special interest group.” Until there’s a thorough investigation into the association’s prejudice, he called for “suspend[ing] the unique access” that the ABA has to the confirmation process.
And thanks to this administration, groups like the ABA—who’ve been hiding out as “neutral” parties for years—are starting to be exposed for their unapologetic left-leaning stance. As painful as this parade of character assassination has been for the president’s picks, it could force the Senate to reconsider how it conducts its confirmation business. If not, this process—one that’s stood up to centuries of partisanship—may never be the same.

I will say to the entire Trump family fear not, according to Romans Chapter 8 “What then shall we say to [all] this? If God is for us, who [can be] against us? [Who can be our foe if God is on our side?]
Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect [when it is] God Who justifies [that is, Who puts us in right relation to Himself? Who shall come forward and accuse or impeach those whom God has chosen? Will God, Who acquits us?]
Isaiah 54: 14-17 further attest to the fact that God has your back:
“You will be firmly established in righteousness: You will be far from [even the thought of] oppression, for you, will not fear, and from terror, for it will not come near you. “If anyone fiercely attacks you it will not be from Me. Whoever attacks you will fall because of you. “Listen carefully, I have created the smith who blows on the fire of coals and who produces a weapon for its purpose; I have created the destroyer to inflict ruin.
“No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn. This [peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from Me,” says the Lord.
I will encourage the family to read Psalms 34 and 91, (the Passion Translation TPT), daily before leaving your home–God’s angels will protect you from harm’s way. Be encourage!
The American Bar Association is definitely open minded. That’s why their brain fell out.
Lord, we thank you for your word that never returns void. You are the gatekeeper of truth and justice and I pray you intervene on behalf of God fearing people the world over and particularly here in the United States. You are uncovering the darkness in the halls of justice and throughout our nation. Now teach us, guide us, and deliver us from the enemies within our Departments of Justice, from within our Congress, and our individual state leadership(s). Help us to disarm and disbar the American Bar Association and find a Joseph whom you have chosen to mete out the interpretation of our nightmares and help us to heed your word and deliver us from evil in this nation. I rebuke the enemy who says he is like God. Give us your strong arm to take out the enemy in one smooth blow. And Lord, let us not forget Jerusalem, your city of Peace. Help our right hand remember what it is supposed to do. In the most powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus, amen.

We ask that You nullify and destroy all of the enemy’s schemes, plots, strategies, and attacks against Mr. VanDyke. Please fulfill all Your plans and purposes for his life.
We come to You today seeking justice on his behalf in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for intervening and executing true justice in this situation. I rebuke the American Bar Association and the person and spirit behind this slander in Jesus’s Name. Father I pray that You will reform this organization — raise up godly, principled attorneys willing to stand up to all ABA attorneys who are children of the devil. Father You specifically said that liars are children of the devil and that we have power over the devil. Raise up lawyers willing to use that power! In Jesus’s Name I pray for your Glory. Amen.

We are being stripped from our religious rights and freedoms one state at a time. The DNA of our baby’s are being changed and poisoned with cancer and sickness from vaccines are baby’s are getting injured.

Expose the government, CDC, pharmaceutical companies and the politicians taking donations and buying stock in vaccines then mandating the faulty products with no lability’s.

Lord Your Word says that promotion comes from You and that when You move who can stop You. Lord I am asking that You would promote Your choice for the judicial system and that Your Word would be the plumbline for the United States once again where the original intent of the Constitution would be upheld instead of “redefined”, a person who is God-fearing recognizing that they are accountable to You for every decision they make, someone who would honor biblical values in their rulings and decisions, and it is in Your name Jesus that I make this request.

Is it any wonder, these are attorneys?
The evil one designs are everywhere, and on everyone, So many are unwittingly falling into Satan’s snares. Christians are now being attacked in so many ways. We could never have imagined this kind of virulence, not so long ago.
But, we are to pray for, and bless our enemies. Not to seek vengeance. The Truth will set you free. As a man sows, so he reaps.
And I wonder why so many politicians are lawyers?

May Tony Perkins continue to be one of President Trumps “go to men of prayer and counsel”… May Tony and all SOLID Christian leaders intercede personally and privately beyond the White House invitation for TRUTH to TRIUMPH!! May they lead their sheepfold to Kingdom Principals and to the foundational ROCK of scripture and our founding fathers original intent for our constitution. “We the PEOPLE (those who profess to be God’s people- made in HIS image) must line up with the PLATFORM of Kingdom truths as we vote and live and pray today and EVERY DAY!!
Lord, you said you are the Truth. Help us to know and understand that truth when alternates exist in America, faux news and conspiracy thinking abound. Christianity is under attack in USA for our beliefs. Churches have notified people that the doors in the front will be closed 15 minutes after services and to use a different door with a guard at the door. Now this man is being attacked by the ABA not only because he is a Republican but for his Christian beliefs. Lord intervene. No weapon formed against us will prosper and every tongue we condemn in Jesus name.
