I Prayed have prayed
Heavenly Father, give Your wisdom to our security teams to know how to bring right responses to those seeking to enter America legally.

We continue to have a partisan debate up here about the crisis on the border. However, all you have to do is look to the border itself and see something that looks a lot like a crisis to me.

This is from John Daniel Davidson:

McAllen, a city of fewer than 150,000 residents, is now facing the prospect of thousands of migrants discharged from ICE custody, wandering the streets and sleeping in doorways and on park benches — the city’s mayor has said as much.

What’s more, in February the city ordered Catholic Charities to vacate the former nursing home and find a new location within 90 days, citing complaints from neighbors about constant traffic and strangers wandering nearby streets where children play. By any measure, the situation in McAllen is an emergency.

This is just one border town in Texas.

Something similar is playing out all up and down the U.S.-Mexico border. In El Paso, hundreds of migrant families are turning themselves in to Border Patrol every day, overwhelming federal facilities and personnel. In a five-minute stretch one day in late March, Border Patrol apprehended two different groups totaling 400 people.

On the night of President Trump’s rally in El Paso in February, a group of 300 turned themselves in to the Santa Teresa Border Patrol station, which sits on an empty stretch of New Mexico scrubland 22 miles west of El Paso. Agents had to move all the ATVs out of the garage just so a hundred or so migrants would have someplace warm to sleep that night.

Since then, things have been getting worse.

… No country has enough border patrol agents or resources to stop something like this…. (Read more… excerpts from Silvio Canto, Jr. article on American Thinker)

father, you know who is behind this funding and funneling of streams of people,to overwhelm and undermine order in our nation.i ask that you would bring the fire of god upon these people, especially gangs,so they can be firestarters and bring change to their nations and revival.by your word Lord, they will be able to root up and tear down principalities and regional spirits that bring poverty corruption and suffering. set them free and on fire to go home and set their countries ablaze for you.in Jesus name

Dear Lord, I have worked with immigrants. I have seen the long period of adjustment and education they need to function in our society. I have met the unreformed criminals who crossed the border illegally to escape punishment in Mexico and the wonderful families who came to work hard and make a future for their children, also illegally. Please, Lord, help our Border Patrol to sift the goats from the sheep. Inspire our government leaders to find practical solutions to a crisis that the Democrats refuse to see, or at least refuse to say they see. Make the reality of the border commonplace knowledge in our country and give our people the wisdom to see that we have the right to choose who qualifies to join our nation. Give us a compassionate, righteous immigration policy.
We know You can do it. “Ah, Sovereign LORD, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for You. (Jeremiah 32:17) Help us as a nation to make the inner changes that will allow You to make the outer changes. Amen.
