First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. Lord in the midst of hatred, scorn, accusations and reproach, you continue to honor your people. We take pleasure in you and your word. I encourage all our officials to continue in prayer for God hears them. May God’s wisdom, knowledge and strong arm uphold you and all of your decisions from this day forth and forever more. I pray God will give you discernment for the nations as you carry His favor to them. Demonstrate the love of God in your hearts towards your enemies and endure.

Lord God we pray that you protect our president & all that serve faithful under him. Lord you know who their enemy is. We pray that you put your protective shield around all if them & hold back the hands of the enemy. We trust in you Lord. Nothing is impossible for you. You are the creator of all things. Your judgement will come upon the enemy in your time. We trust in you & love you lord. In jesus’name we pray
Almighty God, Creator of heaven and earth and everything in them, our Heavenly Father, we come before you this Thanksgiving day with thankful hearts for your great love and mercy in allowing us to be born in and live in this great country where we can elect our own leaders and have so many great freedoms to worship and serve You as You lead. Please bless and give divine wisdom to guide our president and each person under him in the three branches of our government. Please give courage and wisdom to those who defend our laws and our land. Help them to be strong and courageous in bringing to justice those who hate and are trying to divide and destroy our great country. We don’t know what to do, but our eyes are on You and we ask this in Jesus name.
