I Prayed have prayed
Father God, we pray that You would show us what You want us to do. We also pray that You would move in Your people so that a great many of the Church would seek You in this way--wholly, surrendered, and humbly.

In response to A Prophetic Look at the Terrible Teens and the Roaring Twenties by IFA President/CEO David Kubal, intercessor Dwayne Desmarais posted this insightful, prophetic comment. IFA seeks the Lord for discernment in selecting all of the information we post, and especially when sharing prophetic words. We encourage you to ask the Lord whether and how prophetic words may apply to you personally or to the Body, as well as how to pray. Every prophetic word is to be tested by each believer, in accordance with 1 Jn 4; 1 Thes 5:1; and Acts 17:11.

[I]ntercession will play a key role in coming days. As the drums of war can be heard in the distance, and the saber rattling is increasing globally, we must beat our own drums of spiritual warfare. There must be a national repentance within the Church, as we seek the Lord in sackcloth and ashes travail and ask for forgiveness for our rebellion. God is looking for those who will stand in the gap for His purposes and declare His will be done on earth.

Even the condition of the Church as it stands, it is still the most potent army on earth! Imagine if we came in line with God’s plans! I said on an earlier post that Jesus said in (Mt 24:12) Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. Not some…not half…most!! Not the world, but the Church! This has become evident as many within the Church are seeking a “feel good” message, and are not willing to be accountable to one another.

We have heard thousands of “prophetic voices” speaking nothing but messages of good blessings to come (not bad in of itself) but they never tell you what needs to transpire to see these blessings come to fruition! Fruit grows on the end of a limb, and we must be out on a limb to see fruit in our lives…Faith is spelled R.I.S.K. God is about to ask us to walk on water…in the middle of the night…on a stormy sea…and it will require faith.

For years we have heard the soothsayers say: “This is the Year of Breakthrough”…next year: “This is the year of The Great Revival”…next year: “This is the year of New Wineskins/New Wine”…next year: “This is the Year of Your Transition”…and year after year it was “Church as usual”… the words may have had credence, but the Church was not willing to pursue for fear of the price it may of cost. So I am telling you, this is the year that God will raise a company of messengers who have been tested in the fire and have humbled themselves to do as their Father commands. They will quell the status-quo and bring about a new order of God’s heavenly blueprint. God will come in forms few will recognize, because it will not be the familiar.

The landscape of our spiritual walk will be inundated with miracles, signs and wonders beyond what we have ever experienced, and they will be sign posts for the lost, even within the Church as a whole. We will finally recognize the burden of the heart of the Father and stop saying: “look what we are doing for you, Father” and start saying: “What do you want us to do Father”? Be prepared to see God remove the wheat from the chaff…the vile from the precious…the righteous from the pretender. Judgment begins with the family of God. (1 Pet 4:17)

If we listen to the world when it warns us: “Beware of Dog”…..”Danger, High Voltage”…..”Warning Thin Ice,” how much more should we listen to the warnings from heaven?

See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? (Heb 12:25) We are in a crucial time period, and God will not stay His hand forever. The door of extended grace is closing, and we must be vigilant in seeking Him with all of our heart. The future of our destinies depends on it!!! Be blessed.

Lord, “Search me and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts.
See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in Your everlasting way.” Psalm 139:23,24.

Lord we ask for the church, your ekklesia, to be strong in our position as Your legislative body. In times of war we must pray and speak to the enemy that his defeat is eminent and there is No King but Jesus. Our faith is built on nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.

Everyone likes the “warm and fuzzy” words we have heard each year in the past. But correction and discipline followed by signs and wonders will be the signature of the end time church. Thank you for this article!

Dear Lord, my Father, please give us your Divine Ears, Divine Wisdom, and Divine Eyes, to know what the Holy Spirit would have us to know in these last days before our Lord Jesus comes again to get those who are His. Help us to be obedient to the Word of God, for you desire obedience than sacrifice.

Thank you for the encouragement and reminder. Currently our Lord is calling the group I pray with to be still and know He is God! He has called us to be doing listening prayer for such a time as this and praying as the Spirit leads.

In agreement, I made a decision to tune out the media, and some prophetic voices, not that they’re all soothsayers, but instead to turn to the Lord and say, “God what do you have to say about this?” In a day when conspiracy theories are rampant and many christians can even be deceived. I pray christians would seek the council of the Lord. Intercession is a call for the whole body of Christ. We can all make time to seek his face and pray accordingly.Father God is looking for those to stand in the Gap and pray, and I pray that many would answer the call to intercession like never before.

Amen! Especially with Bible teachers, like Beth Moore, leading people astray.

I totally agree. I believe the Lord is desiring for us to hear directly from him and so willing to speak if we will take time to hear, and He will give us His heart to know how to partner with Him in prayer.Yes He is calling His army to arise.
