In another dramatic turn of events U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan — who is overseeing the case of former National Security Advisor Army Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn–has canceled the upcoming November hearing based on an explosive brief submitted by Flynn’s defense attorney.

Sullivan stated in an order submitted Monday that “in view of the parties’ comprehensive briefing concerning [109] Defendant’s Motion to Compel Production of Brady Material, the Court cancels the motion hearing previously scheduled for November 5, 2019.”
The order to cancel is significant. Powell had filed a brief in response to federal prosecutors that claimed they had already given the defense team all the evidence that was required under the law. Her explosive response was made public last week and contained minimal redactions.
Powell told SaraACarter.com that the “defense looks forward to reading Judge Sullivan’s order because the government has obviously been hiding evidence….”
Based on Sullivan’s cancellation of the hearing, Powell may be right. The mostly unredacted brief released last week contained significant issues and evidence presented by Powell that reveal the government is still withholding evidence from the defense despite Sullivan’s order that everything must be turned over….
Further, she revealed concrete evidence that the government is still holding onto significant Brady material that would fully exonerate her client. It would also hold responsible senior federal law enforcement and Justice Department officials who distorted facts and leaked lies to the media about the three-star general.
Because of this, Powell is asking that the court require that the government produce all evidence related to Flynn. She is also urging the court to hold prosecutors in contempt and “dismiss the entire prosecution for outrageous government misconduct.”

Dear Heavenly Father, restore to General Flynn what the locusts have stolen. Bless and protect him and his family in the precious name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father we come before you with this request for Gen. Flynn and that the truth be exposed. Give Wisdom to Attorney Powell as the dark rocks of lies are exposed and turned over to the light. Pour out your blessing of all involved in helping to bring out truth to free Gen. Flynn and restore to him ALL he has lost fighting this battle against evil. May all of their evil lies and hidden evidence be exposed and boomerang back to them in a mighty powerful way. May your will be done here to overcome evil. Shower Gen. God, I agree in prayer with Mary Lou Rogers, in the mighty name of Jesus. Bring the schemes of those who perpetrated this evil attack back on their own heads. In this Flynn matter we have no facts, no descriptions, no names (considering the lack of redactions) to help us judge the veracity of issues dismissing the hearing for a man who colludes with Russians against American interests. Please help us not to pray amiss, otherwise asking for the real story via transcript and a copy of the brief that caused one judge to dismiss such a required hearing. Help us not to jump to judgment on inadequate information and violate your dictum to keep God and mammon separate. In His name we pray. Amen.
Correct me if I’m misunderstanding you, but, are you, in the same sentence, asking God that we not judge this man because we have no facts, and then judging the man as someone who “colludes with Russia”???!!!! —> “…to help us judge the veracity of issues dismissing the hearing for a man who colludes with Russians against American interests.”

Thank you gracious God for hearing our prayers and exposing the corruption that was used to frame Gen Flynn. We also pray for the prosecutors and ask that they also seek the truth rather than the petty desires of those who would harm the Executive Branch of our government.
