Canada’s Ontario province has passed legislation that allows the government to seize children from families that refuse to accept their child’s chosen “gender identity” or “gender expression.”
The so-called Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act of 2017, or Bill 89, was approved by a vote of 63 to 23, according to The Christian Times.
It requires child protection, foster, adoption service providers, and judges to take into account and respect a child’s “race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, family diversity, disability, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.”
“I would consider that a form of abuse, when a child identifies one way and a caregiver is saying no, you need to do this differently,” Minister of Child and Family Services Michael Coteau, who introduced the bill, was quoted as saying. “If it’s abuse, and if it’s within the definition, a child can be removed from that environment and placed into protection where the abuse stops.”
The bill replaces the Child and Family Services Act, or Bill 28, which governs child protection, foster care and adoption services.
Bill 28 stated that the parent of a child in care retains the right “to direct the child’s education and religious upbringing.” However, the new law amends it thus: “to direct the child or young person’s education and upbringing, in accordance with the child’s or young person’s creed, community identity and cultural identity.”… (Read more Click Here. Heavenly Father,
Glory and honor to You who see all things. This law is no surprise to You and You have counsel and a plan (Ps. 33:11) for those entrapped by this law. You protected Moses as a baby and gave his parents a plan to rescue and redeem him. Please give counsel and a plan to the parents of gender confused children. Help them to love and trust You and follow Your directions. The apostles said, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge” (Acts 4:19) and then they said they would do what God wanted. Please help these parents to have courage to do right according to Your word, counsel and plan for the sake of their children.
We also pray for the lawmakers who think they are doing right but in fact are bringing chaos and ruin on their nation. Turn their hearts, O our Father, away from the wrong. Nullify their counsel and frustrate their plans. (Ps 33:10)
Raise up apostles, prophets, evangelists,preachers and teachers with courage and boldness to speak the truth no matter the cost so that they can equip the body of Christ for this spiritual fight. May they preach that “blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord”. You said the battle is won not by a mighty army or a strong horse but by those who fear the Lord. (Ps 33:12, 16,17)
Give the church boldness, wisdom and love to reach the LGBT community with truth.
We stand against this godless agenda, in Jesus’ name. We stand in the gap for the parents and children in Ontario. Jesus our Redeemer is strong and mighty. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in Ontario and throughout Canada. Thank You, Father, that we are not powerless or hopeless because of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Amen.

We pray for the future of our family,in this onslaught of wickedness. We pray that us a Church we arise fighting this battle through proactivity and heal us from complacency. In Jesus name ,Amen.
Father, forgive us for being slow to pray for our neighbor when You said to love you with all our heart, soul and mind and our neighbor as ourselves. We lift up Canada our northern neighbor and confess that the church there is in great need like in USA to grasp Your Truth–Jesus. We confess we have thrown Him under the bus and run over Him. Forgive us and heal our collective conscience and make of us One New Man–where we care for one another–all nations, colors of skin, languages, traditions and philosophies that can be redeemed by You-Glory! Glory! Glory! we want to be One New Man but need patience to plow and sow and cultivate and weed and labor in sweat for the results. Forgive our instant mentality and make us more like You–who knows the victory is won and gives grace to see it accomplished. We love You Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit and re-kindle that flame and may it spread to all our neighbors–even Muslims–in Jesus’ glorious name.
