A woman who aborted her twins on screen in a recent PBS documentary commented she was “honored to be given this gift of life” and then said it was inconvenient for her to allow the twins to live.

The Frontline documentary, which focused on changes in the abortion industry over the last 30 years, featured a scene in which the woman aborted her twins using the abortion drug mifepristone, or RU-486.
“What I hope I feel is a sense of peace, not only with myself and the decision that I’ve made, but also a sense of peace with these two beings that I’ve chosen not to bring into the world,” the woman said on camera. “Thank you for choosing me, and I’m honored to be given this gift of life, and also I can’t do it right now. I can’t accept that mantle in terms of the other lives that I’m taking care of and I’m responsible for.”
Pro-life leader Obianuju Ekeocha called attention on Twitter to the Frontline episode:

According to the documentary, about one-third of all abortions in Pennsylvania are achieved using mifepristone and misoprostol, the latter of which is taken 24 to 48 hours after the mifepristone and, as Mercier explained, causes uterine contractions and bleeding until the unborn baby is expelled from the uterus.
Planned Parenthood says it charges “up to $1,000” for the “abortion pill” procedure, up $200 from its cost nearly three years ago.
The documentary also featured pro-life OB/GYN Dr. Monique Ruberu, a Sidewalk Servants leader for 40 Days for Life.
“It used to be that people tried to be present on the killing days, the days when the surgical abortions were known to happen in the abortion centers,” Ruberu said. “But, RU-486 pill has completely changed the landscape of abortion, and it really necessitates that somebody is present outside of these abortion centers every single day, every hour that they are open.”
Ruberu tells women who take the mifepristone that they have 72 hours to reverse the effects of the abortion drug if they are prescribed progesterone.

Lord Jesus, I pray you would call this woman out of her darkness and deception and into the light of Your Truth. Her outward appearance was beautiful and serene, but inwardly, she is a murderer. I pray that Your mighty love would draw her to believers who will demonstrate the power of forgiveness and redemption.
Lord, comfort her in her grief and make her Your spokeswoman for the gospel and for life one day. Amen.
Dentist Gloia Polo in her book ‘Struck by Lightening’ tells of her extensive near death experience. She was told by Jesus that she had committed the worst and most abominable in front of His eyes: an abortion. She states that each time the blood of a baby is spilled, it’s like a holocaust to Satan. Is it not surprising that respect for all human life is decreasing at an alarming rate. The deathocrat party is destructive. They are not only promoting the death of people, they are killing religious freedom and
supporting the poor ones who are convinced they are the wrong gender and other things.
After what Gloria experienced, and she is not the only one, it is terrifying to think of the fate that awaits such folks who are being lead to feel powerful and full of hate! We need a massive prayer campaign along with action. Our judiciary system is out of control and clearly against the Declaration of Independence. A few judges do NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ALLOW people and the unborn people to be killed. All the deathocreats were allowed to live the first nine months of their lives. What makes them think that other people sent to earth by God do not have the right to live the first nine months of their lives or live until God calls them not some medic who kills patients.
Amen! In agreement. When we think of it, the baby who was aborted, could have been the person to find the cure for cancer, or be a righteous and honorable President of the United states, or
perhaps be the person who saves others such as police and firemen and soldiers. Whatever, that person can be all that God has created him or her to be! God has a plan in creating him or her! Every person on earth is here for a reason!

My heart breaks to see raw selfishness in the heart of this woman.

Our Battle is not against flesh and blood, this woman is deceived. Pray for her because this decision will be with her for the rest of her life even if it was not televised. Dear Lord raise up this woman to be a voice for life may her testimony be one of finding your redeeming and never ending love and forgiveness. God bless all who have commented and prayed.

I have twin daughters, they brought the joy, hope and fulfillment to my life, they gave a lot of meaning to my life, I always thanked the Lord for them.

Married to a twin, I can tell you how precious they are to me, their children, their family and the lives they touched. There were two set of twins in the family; they loved, admired and did many things together, separately and with each other. Fred and Bob, Helen and Anne, were loved and loving. Both boys became public school teachers; both girls were RN nurses. How glad and fortunate we and this world was to have had them in our lives. Thank you, Mom and Pop that you did not abort even though you had five other children. Thank you, Mom and Pop, for giving us these gifts!
Dear Lord God Almighty thank for everything. Thank You for prayer. Lord I pray for this woman and for women like her that can be so wonderful one minute and so dark in the next minute. It is so strange to me that there are so many ways to prevent pregnancy but these women skip these preventions and choose death over life and are so casual about it. This is very telling of society these days. Lord please open minds and touch hearts as to Your way to go or at least act like a thinking responsible adult. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. I am heart broken. How can it be. I would have gladly rised the twins and gave them the best of life. It is hard to accept the fact that our country allows killing the unborn to be legal. What twisted minds that make laws for legal murder. But it’s not legal in the sight of our Heavenly Father who is the master creator. Very sad.
This selfish, self centered woman has committed a sin that is unbelievable to me, killing 2 babies – twins – without any regard for the terror and pain she put them through when those pills took effect. Those twins were alive and she MURDERED them callously when she could have created joy in someone’s life who would have loved to have had twins. I’m so thankful and grateful that they feel the love of Jesus as He cares for them now. I pray she will realize her terrible decision and will repent before it’s too late.
This is very disturbing to me that she would take their two lives because it does not fit in with her schedule. Why didn’t she abstain from having sex or give the children up for adoption as there are so many families that would love children and can’t have them. Why this needs to be shown on PBS is beyond me as it is murder plain and simple. A badge of honor – it is a badge of disgrace. I will pray for her and those poor innocent twins who have no voice. Something is wrong with our society today. People should watch the movie Unplanned that is the real truth about abortion. Murder is murder and that is what this is. There are no words just sadness.

My husband and I love to watch PBS masterpiece theatre. As a result of this airing, we must take a stand and withdraw our support. God have mercy on us as a nation for the child sacrifice which which is an abomination to the Lord. May God have mercy on us!!!!
Yes, I withdraw my support as well! So heartbreaking this this, the actual murder of 2 innocent human beings, would even be televised.
I didn’t watch this, but from what I read here–it roused us to know the dark side of what this woman has done and to pray about it and for her, I think it’s not a bad thing that we know about it so we can mourn, pray about it and stand our ground and reproach it.
She seems so sincere in her reasoning that now is not a good time considering her other responsibilities, where was her sense of responsibility in allowing herself to get pregnant. Why did she not use a contraceptive or just say no to her sexual activity or considered giving her baby up for adoption. God help our society to repent and turn back to You.
My mother and father had six children, including one set of twins, when my twin sister and I were conceived. Our father wanted our mother to abort us and she chose not to, because God’s creation of human life was so important to her. This was before the pill, the condom and other forms of preventing pregnancy was around. This was in the ’40’s. Because our father decided not to take care of his children, he left and our mother raised us 8 kids by herself. She worked and went to college, when we started school and became a teacher. My twin and I are college graduates and now 75 yrs old.
Every female has a choice: to not have sex or to use some kind of preventive device in order to not get pregnant. Because of her decision, my mother had everlasting peace and chose to raise 8 wonderful children with the help of God.

Condoms were definitely around in the 1940s. My father was a pharmacist who owned a drug store that sold condoms. I was also born in the early 40s and I was an only child, and I’m certain that wasn’t due to abstinence on dad and mom’s part!
Is she in denial? Or what? And I’m not talking about the river. So sad. God convict her of what she’s done. And let her find you as her forgiving Savior Jesus.
God is still changing hearts. A DIFFERENT woman in our area, also with twins, took the first of a series of two abortion pills. She later repented of this decision and called a local pro-life group who connected her with a doctor.(Do you think Planned Parenthood would have done that?) They think they will be able to reverse the process, but please pray for this other woman, that God will reverse any damage and that she will have a healthy pregnancy. Pray that this other woman’s babies will be born healthy, without any ill effects.
Thank You dear LORD that this lady saw the light and was delivered from deception. We pray that You will reach inside her womb and reconnect what needs to be reconnected. Dear LORD, please re-knit and re- form all that needs it. You see and know all things and there is nothing impossible for You. Walk with this dear lady. Send Your people to obediently walk beside her, leading, guiding, helping her and these precious children of yours, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Father in Jesus’ Name I come before You to bring up this situation with abortion. Father, I ask You to please, speak to this woman, and to all who have had abortions or thinking of doing so. Convict them by the power of the Blood of Jesus. Speak to their heart, speak to this woman, and reveal Yourself and the truth. You have created these precious babies, save them Lord! Bring out truth so powerful that no woman would ever, even think of abortion! Only You can stop this! Convict all government leaders to the truth and convict all of Your Word, that there is a reason why sex without marriage is forbidden. It is for our good! The results hurt us both spiritually and physically. Let us get to the root cause of what is happening here and put an end to it! I agree with your prayer! We need to keep interceding and speaking up for truth. May God reveal to these people that this is murder and He hates hands that shed innocent blood. There is forgiveness for them IF they truly repent for what they have done and turn to God. Until this terrible genocide is stopped, we MUST keep speaking out for those precious babies who have no voice!
Amen to your prayer. A miracle is needed for all the truth to come out. If anyone saw the movie “Unplanned” they surely could understand the horror of this procedure. My prayer is for the movie to be shown in our High Schools and colleges so that young people can see and understand what goes on with abortion. These two babies were precious to the Lord before conception. Oh, that people would understand what they are doing for these children were the most important part of His creation.

Dear God,
How sad, how very sad for this woman that she apparently does not understand the magnitude of what she has done. Because of her decision, two little lives have ended, two of Your precious beings. God, may she not have peace until she repents of this, and turns her heart back over to You. God, I ask you to welcome the two little twins into Your Kingdom.
Dear God in heaven,
Help this woman to realize the dreadful mistake that she has made in your sight-all while blissfully sure that she had every right to do so.
She called them beings; she called them two little lives, that she has CHOSEN, NOT to bring into the world. She understands that she is extinguishing lives, but they are inconvenient for her.

Remember a sinner is selfish and blind, that is their nature as we were once. What sins have we committed that we are now ashamed? Yes you have valid points, however it is the goodness of God that draws the sinner to repentance, just like He drew us. Speak life! ❤️
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for the precious gifts of life You give us. Truly a callous heart like these do not deserve this precious gift that comes from Your divine creation of life. Lord, what comes to my heart to pray is that You would cause these women a sorrow so deep and grievous, that nothing but a true genuine Godly sorrow would lead them to repentance and faith for forgiveness of the precious, helpless little lives they have chosen to end for their own selfish gain. How horrid Lord to make a mockery out of the blessings but even in this diabolical method of taking living and breathing babies, we praise You because Your Word is true and You will have the last Word.

Lord Jesus, we have prayed “Show us what is hidden,” and You keep revealing exactly that. Oh Lord, the wickedness of this I can hardly comprehend. It’s like Moloch, the ancient pagan God of child sacrifice ~ where babies were placed in the arms of the idol, and then burned to death. The woman in the film calls her sacrifice an honor and approaches the sacrifice of her twins with a smile. God help us! The only way forward for this woman, and those like her is repentance. Lord, give her no peace until she turns to You. Bring someone into her life to share the Gospel ~ and may You convict her when she hears it. I ask for grace for her to repent and to turn completely away from abortion ~ becoming a spoke-person for life.
The woman says she hopes she feels a sense of peace with herself and for the “two beings” she just murdered. Unless she repents to God for this sin there will be no peace. It’s against God only that we sin and it is with Him we must ask forgiveness! Dear Father, please give her a heart of repentance. Save her and let her be a witness of Your love,mercy and grace!

Saw the documentary called Hush last month and what abortion does to the female body. Breast cancer in a high percentage of those who abort, and their lives ending at a very early age. Check it out!
We ask for our Lord to shine his dunamis light into the dark and evil actions of people committing sin. Open the eyes of the spiritually blind that they may be saved from the eternal fire of hell and not lead others there. Pray…. Psa. 103:20. Thank you Lord for your Word which is the truth and we speak it out. The one thing that will save America and the Nations is a Great Awakening!
This is just so callous! How can these people say they want to protect women when they kill two people or more? They kill not only the baby or babies, but the woman’s inner sense of self. Her body recognizes that something is wrong and it will let her know in no uncertain terms, i.e. she will never know peace until she ask the LORD Jesus for forgiveness. These folks what about rape and incest victims and I say give them a chance by giving them up for adoption. Women who are told they have to either kill their child or they will die are being lied to.
This is so very heartbreaking I can’t even imagine any woman doing this she has to be a heartless person. People want to adopt babies all the time just give the baby up for adoption my God in heaven protect this country and these babies. God will take care of her on judgement day.
My heart grieves for the loss of these beautiful babies. I have children who have prayed and prayed to have babies of their own. I pray frequently for twins in our family. Lord Jesus, only You can be THE DELIVERER to this beautiful young woman of the pain and anguish and the memory of this very serious and tragic sin she has committed against You in taking the lives of her children……and also Lord Jesus, for all those precious other souls who will be encouraged to follow her for the “situation” they are finding themselves in at this present or future time ….. Please Jesus….
