I Prayed have prayed
Lord thank you that these criminals were caught. I pray that You would give our Border Patrol agents courage and strength to keep our borders safe.

In separate incidents, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended two men, a convicted murderer for hire and a child sex offender, who illegally entered the country over the weekend.

Agents from the Three Points Station apprehended 35-year-old Jose Juana-Zapata near Sells, Arizona. Juana-Zapata, a Guatemalan national, was previously convicted of murder for hire and served three years imprisonment in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania in 2008.

Later that day, agents patrolling near the Port of Douglas arrested the second man, 40-year-old Victor Rodriguez-Galven. Records checks revealed Rodriguez-Galven, a citizen of Mexico, had a criminal history as an aggravated felon and convicted sex offender.

Rodriguez-Galven served 42 months incarceration in Aldean, New York, following convictions for sexual conduct against a child in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child in Kings County, NY.  Juana-Zapata and Rodriguez-Galven will remain in federal custody pending prosecution for criminal immigration violations.

All persons apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol undergo criminal history checks using biometrics to ensure illegal aliens with criminal histories are positively identified.

Truly grateful for the upstanding law abiding BCO(s) doing an amazing job, but we also have to address the issue of the ‘Not so Ethical’ BCO(s)
who look the other way, and/ or for a couple thousands $$$ dirty money, arrange Carte Blanche to allow these predators free reign to re-enter this country and continue their reign of terror. There are so many slick ones, dirty ones, GREEDY ONES, for the sake of a few dirty dollars, working the inside job to sell our little girls (and boys) into a life of unimaginable hell. Trust me they’re out there – and in there-

Thankfully for our men and women that work so hard to keep us safe. God bless them, give them supernatural discernment, to know who is a threat to us. Amen!

Why were the sentences so short for these men? I wish this information would be circulated everywhere so America can see that our criminal justice system is also in need of change!

Heavenly Father- please protect us from evil as personified through the violent and hateful acts inflicted on the innocent. Please protect us as a nation and bless those at our borders who put themselves out there every day to serve and protect. In Christ we pray- Amen

Tracy, I could not agree w/you more!

I asked the same question-why such a light sentence-

as part of the CJS myself, the Justice System absolutely need some serious revamping and expedited…happy to see biometrics employed. But for every one tech advancement the CJS acquires, the criminals advance five.

Why are their sentences so brief? Lord God, we thank you for our Border Patrol, and ask your protection upon them. We also pray that convicted murderers and rapists, especially those of children would receive the just penalty that you map out in the Old Testament. May the rule of law be restored in our country, May your justice reign down upon us. Bring us all to repentance Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.
