I Prayed have prayed
Father, protect our military personnel, and innocent lives, who are in the path of these missiles from Iran.

Iraqi officials said that rockets were fired at the Taji military base north of Baghdad on Tuesday, and no casualties were reported.

Katyusha rockets were fired and were “targeting the Taji training camp,” according to an afternoon statement from the Iraqi Security Media Cell, which falls under the responsibility of the Iraqi Prime Minister’s office.

The statement didn’t elaborate on how many rockets were fired or who was responsible.

The Taji camp, located about 50 miles north of the capital, is one of several in Iraq that house U.S.-led coalition forces that were deployed to defeat the ISIS terrorist group, which had ruled over swaths of Iraq and Syria.

An anonymous Iraqi army captain told the Anadolu Agency that the base was targeted by at least two rockets.

Tensions are at a high in the Middle East after the United States carried out an airstrike that killed Iranian commander Qassem Soleimani in retaliation for an assault on the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad days before. Iran then fired a barrage of missiles at Iraqi bases holding U.S. troops during the following week before sanctions were levied against the Tehran by the White House.

The latest rocket incident came just two days after following an attack on the Balad air base in Iraq, which was decried by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo hours later.

“Outraged by reports of another rocket attack on an Iraqi airbase. I pray for speedy recovery of the injured and call on the Government of Iraq to hold those responsible for this attack on the Iraqi people accountable,” wrote Pompeo on Twitter. “These continued violations of Iraq’s sovereignty by groups not loyal to the Iraqi government must end.”

In that attack, Katyusha rockets were also launched, officials told Reuters.

Secretary of Defense Mark Esper told NPR on Monday that the U.S. has the constitutional authority to strike Iran-backed proxy militia groups in Iraq and Iran to retaliate against attacks on American forces.

“We hold Iran responsible for its proxies, and we will retain the right to exercise self-defense and take action where legally available and appropriate to hold those proxies accountable for their actions,” Esper told NPR in an interview.

In agreement with the declarations and the prayer requests above, as a child of the Most High, I decree that our allied nations, even the United Nations, will all join together against Iran to destroy their weapons, remove their government leaders and the Ayatollah, giving the people of Iran the freedom to establish a just government with God-fearing leaders. Holy Spirit hover over this nation to birth a people and leaders who embrace Your Son, the Lord Jesus, as their Messiah. All to Your glory. Amen!

This morning, the Lord reminded me of what General Mattis had spoken In 2016. I think it is a valuable tool for our intercession.
“Senator, my belief is that we have to stay focused on a military that’s so lethal that on the battlefield , it will be the enemy’s longest day and their worst day when they run into that force. My concern is on the readiness of the force to fight and make certain that it at the top of its game so that when we go up against an enemy the criteria for everything we do in the military up until that point that when we come up against the line of departure that they will be at their most lethal stance. ”

I declare that we will stay focused as God’s army so that we will be so lethal on the battlefield that it will be the enemy’s longest day and their worst day when they run into the force of God’s armies.
I declare that we are ready to fight and we are at the top of our game, and we are at our most lethal stance.

Father, we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers and powers and authorities of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Jesus, you have been given the name above all names and all things are under your feet. We cry out to you to bring defeat on the forces of evil and to bring their plans to nought. We ask you to move on behalf of your people, your Church, which is your body. Would you protect those who are innocent and make clear to everyone the true evil and aggression of the Iranian regime. Would you topple that regime and allow a free country to rise in its place. Would you unleash your Church in Iran to proclaim the gospel and draw many to follow Christ. May you use what the enemy means for evil and turn it to good for the glory of your Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.
