ANSWERED PRAYER: ATTORNEY GENERAL REVERSES CATCH AND RELEASE

Heavenly Father, please give our government officials the wisdom to administrate this border issue!

Immigration judges cannot release migrants who are caught sneaking into the United States, even if the migrants ask for asylum, says a binding legal decision by Attorney General William Barr.

The decision will dramatically shift the migration-caused civic and housing crises from the nation’s blue-collar communities over to the Congress and the Department of Homeland Security, whose budget and detention centers only have enough resources to house about 50,000 people year-round.

“The [text of the relevant] Act provides that, if an alien in expedited proceedings establishes a credible fear, he “shall be detained for further consideration of the application for asylum,” says Barr’s April 16 decision, titled. Matter of M-S-. Because of the law, “I order that, unless DHS paroles the respondent under section 212(d)(5)(A) of the Act, he must be detained until his removal proceedings conclude.”

Barr directed officials to delay implementation of the law for 90 days, giving DHS managers — and congressional leaders — three months to decide which migrants should be released into the nation’s cities and towns.

The delay gives time for DHS to set up tent cities where migrants can be held until the judges decide the asylum pleas. If DHS detains most of the migrants — and so prevents them from working — the next wave of migrants may decide that any effort to get into the United would be an economic disaster for their families.

  1. Father, thank you for this great wisdom and courage you are giving to AG William Barr. We pray Blood-covered protection over him and his family and everyone in his office. Teach and instruct him, Lord, in the way that he should go, and counsel him with your eye upon him.

  2. Our God is at work. Sometimes the pace may seem a bit slow. However, we know that His purpose will be done. So, Father help us to keep our focus and allow You to bring Your
will to pass. I pray in the name of our Lord, Amen!.

  3. Awaken CONGRESS to the RESPONSIBILITY entrusted to them to GOVERN under our Constitution. Grace those who are USA ( Under Spiritual Authority) to hear and OBEY the Holy Spirit directives given for JUSTICE and PEACE and LOVE. The “lawmakers” are called to do this NOT the Executive or Judicial Branches- Holy Spirit bring to their minds their oath of office and give them the ANSWER that is in line with the WILL of HEAVEN. Cause each nation-homelands to be cleansed of the demonic and flooded with the KNOWLEDGE of the CROSS of SALVATION and that by HIS STRIPES individuals and nations are HEALED so that the dispersed may return home to the land set aside for each tribe and language and race!!! SO That the elder generation may again embrace their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In the NAME of Jesus Christ may families receive the unity and healing YOU already PAID for on GOOD FRIDAY….. AMEN

  4. Thank you for Attorney General Barr. Give him great wisdom, revelation and all
spiritual understanding and the help he needs to do what you have called him to do plus the courage to see the origin of the fight against the truth, in Jesus name.

  5. I thank You Lord that You are our refuge and strength! – An ever present help in time of trouble..I thank You that when the enemy “comes in like a flood”, YOU raise up a STANDARD against him. Your judgements are true. You make a way where there is no way! You are the final judge! The plans and lies of the enemy shall fall unfruitful..Amen. for NO weapon formed against this nation shall prosper! Bless attorney General Wm Barr with continued wisdom and courage. Anoint his words and strengthen his resolve as he closes the door to the enemy and turns the key! Cover and protect him especially this day as he stands in the position of legal authority over the release of the Mueller report. In the name of Jesus I bind any attempts to use this report as a weapon against him or the President and his administration, or any of those close to him. This is the Day the Lord has made we will rejoice and be glad in it!

    1. Thank you, heavenly Father, for hearing our prayers. I stand in agreement with Norma’s prayer and continue to pray for wisdom and courage for Attorney Barr, and a soon resolution to this important issue of border security.
