Pray for the revealing of Judge Kavanaugh’s views about critical issues.
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. (Rom 13:1)
Intercessors for America seeks God’s will for the nation through prayer and fasting. We pray for God’s choice to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court of the United States. Based on Ephesians 2:10, we believe that before time existed, God determined who He wanted to serve our nation at this time in this way. We believe this person has been prepared in the natural and anointed in the supernatural to see God’s “kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.”
Through the Church, the manifold wisdom of God is made known to the rulers and authorities at work today. (Ephesians 3:10). This is the role of intercessors. This is why and how we pray for the nation.
Many organizations and Christian leaders that I respect have endorsed Judge Kavanaugh for very sound reasons: He is a textualist and originalist; he is strong on the Second Amendment, administrative law, and religious liberty; he is an intellectual leader as a jurist. A few Christian leaders that I respect have expressed concern for his appointment: he is part of the establishment; he may be unwilling to reverse Roe v. Wade; prophecies have indicated that he may have a spirit of Absalom, a spirit that would usurp the ways of God. We desire to hear from the Lord in this manner, as we always do. As we listen to the Spirit in our own hearts and consider prophetic words, we need to test and verify every “word” we receive.
Bottom line: We NEED to pray! Here are some immediate prayer needs:
- Declare God’s sovereignty over this process, that He is more powerful than any committee, any hearing, any conglomerated media effort, etc.
- Pray for the revealing of Judge Kavanaugh’s views about critical issues. We need to pray that Judge Kavanaugh’s past decisions would be clearly understood in order to anticipate accurately how future decisions could be made. In particular, God’s heart is for the protection of the unborn, so we must pray that the new Supreme Court Justice will be a person open to the reversal of Roe v. Wade.
- Protection for Judge Kavanaugh and his family from ungodly outside influences and spiritual forces. May the Spirit of God guide, direct, and protect this man, his wife, and two daughters.
- Protection of senators from outside influences. Targeted millions of dollars will be spent in the next few months in attempts to sway specific senators in this process by getting constituents to pressure their senators. In addition to this public pressure, there will be personal pressure on these same senators.
- We must pray that our senators have a strong sense of the fear of God instead of the fear of man.
- Pray that the anti-life/anti-God mainstream and social media would be stifled.
I am so grateful that we are joining together in praying strategically and effectively for our nation. As the confirmation process continues, continue to pray these prayer points, seeking God’s will for the Supreme Court and the nation. (By David Kubal, President/CEO of Intercessors for America)

This situation that Judge Kavanaugh and his beautiful family are enduring is so much like what Christ went through. I pray Psalm 40 for you and yours personally, Judge. Joy comes in the morning. In Him, Your sister in Christ, Linda Hyre
Psalm 37 speaks so amazingly to Judge Kavanaugh’s situation. I am praying it for him and his family. Here is just an excerpt:
“For the Lord loves justice, and forsakes not His saints; they are preserved forever; but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off…The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom and his tongue talks of judgement. The Law of God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide. The wicked watches the righteous and seeks to slay him. The Lord will not leave him (the righteous) in his (the wicked’s) hand, nor condemn him (the righteous) when he is judged. Wait on the Lord, and keep His way, and He shall exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.” Psalm 37:28-34
May God protect you and your family Judge Kavanaugh. May HE guide you in all of your ways.

My prayers are with the Kavanaugh family. May God give them strength physically, mentally and spiritually to handle whatever is put before them.
I am also praying for the Trump family for the same. People have been so cruel to both families.
Only be strong & courageous. Do not be afraid…I will hand them over to you Josh 11. It also reminded me of this song which I am praying for Judge Kavanaugh:

May Brett Kavanaugh feel God’s presence in this way especially today.
I am praying night and day for Judge Kavanaugh and President trump. I am so upset at what they are doing to him.
I feel all his pain, and I needed to see where all the christians are in prayer.
My sisters and I are in so much stress, as we watch all these lies that are being told about him.
In fact, we can hardly watch as they are just brutal to him.
We also have to prayer for the republicans to keep the house. I know this is in God’s hand too.
The scripture I have found for President Trump and Judge Kavanaugh is this.
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. Praise our God !
New living Bible:
But in that coming day, no weapon turned against you will succeed.
You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you.
I, THE LORD, HAVE SPOKEN !
We have to keep on praying until he is confirmed.
I pray for strength and perseverance for Judge Kavanaugh & his family and that this trial will bring them even closer together. Lord, give Judy Kavanaugh wisdom is how to best respond, protect his words and preserve his character. You alone Lord have control over all men, all authorities, and all creation. Turn all lies back on those who are telling them like a boomarang. I am asking you, Lord, for a favorable vote of confirmation to the Supreme Court.
Intervene in this charge against Judge Kavanaugh, reveal any evil intent, Lord, and judge any who may have judged the Judge falsely. Establish a balance within our leaders regardless of political persuasion and restore a sense of morality and patriotism among our citizens. God bless America.
I want to add my uplifting message to our spiritual leaders to overcome the doubts of the doubters have faith courage to listen to God’s annointing and steadfast hand upon this process which shall not be swayed by the Unfaithful and those who undermine God’s will. Amen.

I pray in agreement with all Christians in declaring that God’s sovereignty will prevail over this hearing in the revealing of Judge Kavanaugh’s views regarding past decisions instead of stalling and bringing up innuendo and unrelated hearsay; please stifull the anti-God rhetoric of the mainstream and social media. Give the senators a very strong sense of who God is and a clear trust in Him instead of an ungodly fear of men. This I pray in the Mighty name of God Jehovah, Amen!
Thank You Father that You are in control. That You raise up men and women to govern our country for such a time as this. You know all men and women and their hearts and their abilities. Father, we trust You to give wisdom to all who will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh’s appointment. Thank You, Lord for hearing our prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
As Christians, we agree together as one, for the perfect will of God in the life of Judge Kavanaugh. We ask that the Lord guide those who will be interviewing him. Guide the questions and the answers and if this man is the one to replace Justice Kennedy, we pray that it be so. Because God is Supreme and perfect, He knows what is best. He sees the end from the beginning. We agree with the Lord that His perfect will shall be done and in the long run, will begin to see His overall plan for Judge Kavanaugh but most of all for the United States of America.
If the Supreme Court were to overturn Roe vs Wade that would mean Abortion Laws would go back to the decision of each individual state. Since I prayed for the Lord to guide our POTUS to make the right decision for the nomination I’ve already told the Lord I trust his decision. I wanted Amy Barret, but whatever reason the Lord guided our President to not to choose Judge Barret at this time. I believe all things work together for good for them that love the Lord. With that said I am in agreement with the above prayer request, I will pray for Judge Kavanaugh. God is in control. ( I went through a similar situation when praying for our next President, Pres. trump wasn’t my first choice but I see now he is the perfect choice). TY Jesus!
Intercessors should adjust their “view scope” in the Spirit of wisdom & revelation to see to Justice Kavanaugh but also beyond to seat 2 or 3 more God- fearing men or women and remove all doubt about a sweeping victory — a complete reformation of our Constitutional republic.
I pray Dear God that you will bring success to the works of the new Justice’s hands. I pray for an end to abortion, PP & the Culture of Death. May You’re will be done and that we will co-operate with Your Grace. In the name of Jesus+ amen
To the Judges and officers of our Courts Father, God open the eyes and spiritual ears of those who serve. Give understanding and integrity, that human rights may be safeguarded and justice served. Give grace to your servants, O Lord.
Lord direct us who fear you in all our doings with thy most gracious favor and further us with thy continual help; that in all our works begun, and end in we may glorify thy holy Name.
And finally, Father teach our people to rely on your strength and to accept their responsibilities to their fellow citizens, that they may elect trustworthy leaders and make wise decisions for the well being of our society; that we may serve you faithfully in our generation and honor your holy Name.
For yours is the Kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. Amen.
Lord, please confuse the strategy of the demonic realm. Make one lie prove another wrong until they kill each other and fall to the ground. In Jesus name, Amen.
Thank you Father, for unveiling what must be manifested for the upcoming supreme court justice. May your light shine undoubtedly upon your desire and chosen man for this seat. I thank you for speaking to the President himself in dreams and visions of upcoming things if the wrong person is put into this seat. Thank you Father for giving warnings in his sleep of future decisions. WE bless your name Father, God of All, you are our head, our deliverer, Savior, way maker, and sea divider. Show your wonders and works Father, and let your enemies be stilled, paralyzed and scattered, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
From what I understand, as a Supreme Court Justice, Judge Kavanaugh and the other Justices would have the power to overturn Roe vs Wade, and this can only be done by the U.S. Supreme Court, no other judge in our country has that authority. This is what we have been talking about for some time, to reverse a law that is considered to be unjust, which many of us believe applies to Roe vs Wade.
I Believe judges are supposed to interpret the law of the land and then execute judgement. Not change the law, that is up to our legislators. I think he would do a good job of upholding the law that is in place. We don’t need activist on either side of the isle. He would do well!
