This week Nancy Pelosi stepped up the impeachment inquiry and the floodgates opened for speculation, posturing, and punditry. Officially, until there is a full vote of the House approving the call to move forward with proceedings, there is no technical change in the status–it’s just further posturing toward impeachment. But with the appearance of moving forward, and in case that vote is actually taken, some of you may feel like you want to take action of your own, as an American citizen, and an intercessor. For those of you who are people of action, here are three ways you can jump in and do something:
1. Pray. Prayer is a powerful foundation to any other action we take. It is, in itself, a great action. So, how can we pray about the impeachment process? Let’s pray for truth. No matter what you believe, how you interpret the charges, what your thoughts are on President Trump, Speaker Pelosi, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee Nadler, Chair of the House Committee on Intelligence Schiff, and the rest, we can pray for a civil and fair process—for truth to be sought and for truth to be revealed.
Here is a verse you can meditate on–there are many others that apply. Isaiah 56:1: This is what the Lord says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed.”
2. Reach out to your elected officials in the House. Let them know your thoughts on the impeachment process and that you are praying for truth. Let them know you are praying for them in the process–to conduct themselves in a fair and honorable way, only seeking the truth. You can use this easy process to instantly send a message to all your elected officials at once.

3. Send President Trump a message. More than any president in modern history, this president has faced daily opposition and yet has still pushed forward with an agenda that includes many biblical stances–protection of life, protection of religious freedom, protection of our citizens, and protection of our nation. Let President Trump know that you are praying for him and his family and that you appreciate the way he has stood with people of faith on so many issues. You can encourage him by sharing a Scripture you are praying about this issue.

This process will not be ending anytime soon. I heard a political show host say that he surmises that the goal is to have the process complete by Super Bowl Sunday. Not sure that “Super Bowl Sunday” has been officially mentioned by Congress as the goal for completion, but it is probably a safe bet that if they do indeed move forward with the formal process, it will potentially go on well into the 2020 election season. Prepare yourselves, then, for a season of prayer and action!

Please don’t impeach our President. He’s an honest man. He’s done much good for our country.
We declare a hedge of protection around this President and his entire staff. We thank you Father for hearing our prayers and ask you Lord to Avenge him of his adversary once and for all. If there is any enemy interference in this (as we know there is ,)I am asking you Father God to open the books in your heavenly courtroom on this matter and judge fairly As I know you will! We ask you Father God to issue a cease and desist order from your throne room regarding the lies and propaganda against this President. Where the enemy has come against him with accusations we declare the truth would be declared and all the plans of the enemy would be revealed and healed!
We thank you Father God that you are the righteous judge and ask for your Mercy on our nation. We refuse to call conspiracy what they have called conspiracy! ( Isaiah 8) and we will trust that this will be the Hamans noose on the enemies neck! We love you Father God and invite you to open all these books in your very courtroom. Thank you for your faithfulness!

May God continue to uphold our President in this dark day. I just finished reading in the book of Nehemiah who was accomplishing a great work for God in Jerusalem and I could see Tobiah, Sanballat and Geshem the Arab as enemies of our President who is doing a great work rebuilding Washington as he is working against evil in Washington just like Nehemiah did in Jerusalem. There is such a parallel and just as Nehemiah succeeded in his work I believe God is with our President and he will finish the work. Just as God gave Nehemiah the plan for Jerusalem, I believe President Trump has been given the plan for Washington and the Tobiahs the Sanballets and Geshems in the opposition be they democrat or republican and their scheming will not succeed.
I pray Nehemiah 2:20 May the God of heaven prosper them, that they may arise and build but those who are against them will have no portion to the right or memorial in Washington, D.C. In Jesus Name
The magnitude of the issues that led to the inquiry, have not taken hold. Public support for impeachment is not likely. No one that I know of discusses the issue at all. I meet people from all walks of life with or without influence and they never mention it. It has not even reached the level of a water cooler topic.
We are right to keep our trust in the Lord to resolve it all.
The fear of The LORD is the beginning of wisdom.
We have a Biblical account of the earth opening up and swallowing the enemies of righteousness . . . .
Lord you are our Sheppard you know everything nothing is hiding from you the truth will be revealed as in Esther times your people will be saved Amen.
Dear God
I pray President Trump to be like King David who followed after Your Heart. Let him hear Your Voice clearly and obey Your Word every time he decides. I ask You to protect him by the Blood of Jesus so that no enemy may attack him. I thank You that President Trump helps Israeli to be strong and so his administration would be blessed as You have promised in the Bible. Thank you for President Trump to be your sincere servant.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for President Trump, for he has stood up to defend many Biblical values despite incredible opposition as we have never seen before. We know, we believe, and we proclaim on his behalf your Word, “But in that day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord; Their vindication will come from me; I the Lord have spoken”. Is 54:17. Father, in the name of Jesus, as servants of the Lord, we declare that no weapon turned against President Trump will succeed. And we silence every voice raised up to accuse him. Lord according to your Word, we ask that you frustrate the plans of the nations against President Trump and thwarts all their schemes. Thank you because your plans stand firm forever; and your intentions can never be shaken, You Lord, you are the Most High and you rule over the kingdoms of the world and give them to anyone you choose. You are the One who chose President Trump as the U.S. President and he will remain president until the day you have established, Thank you because you do as you please throughout all heaven and earth, and on the seas and in their depths and you are in control of everything. We cry out to you based on Prov 26:26=27 “While their hatred may be concealed by trickery, their wrongdoing will be exposed in public. If you set a trap for others; you will get caught in it yourself. If you roll a boulder down on others, it will crush you instead. We declare that the wrongdoing of those promoting the impeachment will be exposed in public and that they will be trapped in their own trap and the boulder will crush them. We ask and proclaim all the above in the name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, I pray that You will be a wall of fire around President Trump. May the plans of the enemy be defeated at every turn and the wickedness of the wicked be destroyed. May President Trump know your peace and presence deep in the recesses of his soul and may he advance in victory as he leads our nation. Grant to him godly wisdom, continued courage, and Your vision in his leadership. He has been for Christians, he has taken a bold stand against persecution of Christians, and has been pro-life. I believe President Trump is trying his very best to serve this country. Please hear the prayer of my heart, dear Lord. You alone, O Father, deserve praise and adoration. I pray all this is the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
No weapon formed against the president shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). They tried Muller, they failed; they tried tax returns, they failed; they have been trying everything and have been failing every time, and will fail forever! It’s Trump 2020!!
I agree with you totally. That is one of my favorite verses. This is indeed spiritual warfare. Even those who are coming against Pres. Trump are not aware that they are being used.
