Lord, we pray for a complete reversal of Roe v. Wade. If it be Your will, use these women's testimonies as the tipping point that changes hearts and minds so that ALL Americans choose to defend life.

Three amicus briefs have been filed ahead of upcoming arguments in the Louisiana hospital admitting privileges and third-party standing case June Medical Services LLC v. Gee.

The Justice Foundation President Allan Parker representing Melinda Thybault, founder of The Moral Outcry movement and petition, has filed an amicus brief on behalf of more than 260,000 Americans who want to end abortion. In addition, over 2,600 women hurt by abortion — including 94 from Louisiana — have been given a voice through The Operation Outcry SCOTUS brief.

The following quote may be attributed to The Justice Foundation President Allan Parker regarding three amicus briefs filed by his organization:

“These briefs on behalf of over a quarter-million Americans call on the Court to use June Medical Services LLC v. Gee to reverse Roe v. Wade. In addition, more than 2,600 women provide the Court with powerful testimony as to why the abortion industry is not competent or qualified to represent women seeking abortions. The Operation Outcry brief contains the largest-known collection of sworn testimonies from women injured by abortion.

Together, these amicus briefs showcase the fact that abortion is a crime against humanity. We now know that life begins at conception and that abortion actually hurts millions of women. It is time for our nation to protect and help women through better alternatives such as the new Safe Haven laws in each state.”

The following quote may be attributed to the founder of The Moral Outcry movement and petition, Melinda Thybault:

“I am honored to file this brief representing so many Americans and those whose voices cannot be heard — the children in the womb. We are the voice for the voiceless.”

  1. praying for a defeat in Row VS wade to save our little ones . Grant it Lord , Wake up the people in our government . Forgive America for what they have done . We repent of our sin . Change the hearts and minds of our judges . I ask it in your name, the name of Jesus .

  2. Lord, we ask for superior, strategic wisdom for the attorneys and staff filing these briefs, and for the judges evaluating them. May the case for life be tightly reasoned and irrefutable.
We ask forgiveness for deaths of millions of babies whose blood cries out for justice. We pray for the end of the slaughter, and for support services to women who are pregnant outside of marriage.
We also repent for the sexual immorality and dishonoring of marriage that feeds the abortion industry. Turn our hearts back to you.
Turn our hearts towards our children We pray for repentant hearts and a healed land.

  3. Father, we continue to cry out to You for deliverance from this horrible, horrible evil of abortion. May these petitions that have been gathered be effective along with the prayers of the saints for repentance and a change of laws across this nation. In Your most precious name we pray, Jesus and for Your Glory. Thy kingdom come Thy will be done.

    1. Lord forgive this Nation for the sin of murder of Your precious babies. Lord I pray for the lies and deception of Satan and the lies and deception of the “Woman’s Rights movement” to be rendered powerless. I pray Your will and Your guidance in equipping the staff representing her and that they would be victorious in defeating “Row VS Wade” and establishing protection for those who have no voice. May the voice of the people be heard and touch the hearts and minds of the judges making decisions. Please Help Lord! In Jesus name. Amen
